What we do

Officine Zorzo ltd. specializes in machining and mechanical construction and provides a wide range of products from small to large precision machining and construction reaching, for milling, 30 mt in length and 7 mt in height, for turning Ø 2800.

The company supplies finished products to drawings, complete with any galvanic treatments (burnishing, galvanizing, thick chrome plating), heat treatments (hardening, carburizing and nitriding), painting and assemblies. The company recently invested in the ‘purchase of a modern Shot Peening (controlled shot peening) plant equipped with Fanuc robots.

Officine Zorzo can also provide nondestructive testing and dimensional inspection. In fact, since 2017, the metrology room has been enhanced with the purchase of a Zeiss Accura II.
